Erica Hernandez’ cowl begins with an orderly central “spine” of a cast-on from which emanate the sensual flames which later dissolve into an almost completely open fabric with little weight.  Wear it wide over your shoulders, hanging straight down in a big “U”, up over your head as a hood, doubled around your neck, or in some other way she hasn’t thought of.
You may not be mad, but when you tell admirers that you knit it, everyone will think you have “mad skills.”
