Gretchen Funk wondered, What Would Princess Langwidere Knit? Well… not much. Funk imagined her ordering her poor maid to knit something to cover the seam in her neck. Something soft yet practical. Of course, shortly after putting a cowl on she would have changed heads and screamed for a showy lace. The maid, only having had time to make one garment, might cleverly think—Reversible is the trick! Something luxurious and soft to go with some heads, and smooth and warm for others? Merino and mohair. Done!
